We are a registered Not for Profit organization - Ontario Corporation Number 1766269

Our executives are elected by our membership and duties are performed voluntarily

Our club is open to all

Our mission statement:

- Promote amateur radio. Instructional courses and demonstrations conducted during the year.

- Emergency response if activated by the Red Cross (ARES)

- Maintain a radio repeater for all to use and if required - respond to emergency activities
